Haezal Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as per the selected package or agreed quotation. Services include only the tasks mentioned at the time of booking. Any additional work will be charged separately.

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or website.

  • Service date and time are subject to availability.

  • Same-day or urgent bookings may carry additional charges.

  • Prices are based on property size, condition, and selected services.

  • Final charges may vary if extra work is requested or the site condition is different from what was shared.

  • Payment must be made immediately after service completion unless agreed otherwise.

  • Advance payment may be required for large or commercial jobs.

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Customer must provide access to water, electricity, and the premises.

  • Valuable or fragile items should be secured before service starts.

  • Haezal Cleaning is not responsible for damage to already weak, worn-out, or poorly maintained surfaces.

  • We use safe and effective cleaning products.

  • In case of allergies or sensitivities, customers must inform us in advance.

  • Children and pets should be kept away from the work area during cleaning.

  • Any service-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Our liability is limited to the service value only.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our control.

  • Estimated service time may vary depending on the condition of the area.

  • Delays due to site conditions, power cuts, or customer-related issues are not our responsibility.

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • If there is any concern, it must be reported on the same day for review.

  • Rework, if approved, will be scheduled based on availability.

Haezal Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in case of unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or non-cooperation from the customer.
